Francesca Borsari graduated in Asian Languages, Markets, and Cultures from the University of Bologna, spending six months in London as an exchange student at the University College of London.
She then earned a Master’s degree in Tourism Management, after which she worked as an Experience Assistant for a leading company in the catering market.

Francesca joined the BBS team in 2023 in the Custom Programs area.
