Giovanni Fracasso is a large scale Wealth Manager at Banca Albertini SYZ, for which he coordinates two teams of private bankers in the region Emilia Romagna. He deals with wealth management and family business. In 2000, he received his University degree in Political Economics from the University of Parma, then he completed a Master’s course in Assets Management at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. He has a PhD in “Markets and Financial Intermediaries” from the University of Bologna. Finally, he completed an Executive MBA at Bologna Business School. For three years, he was adjunct professor in markets and financial intermediaries at the University Parma. His articles appear in different magazines and journals. He regularly publishes the feature “Il Viaggio di Enea” about family businesses on Corriere Imprese Emilia Romagna.
The goal of this course is to analyze the tools available on the market to support the adoption by companies of sustainability-oriented strategies in order to help identify possible financial solutions but above all to decline business projects, areas of development, structural investments to be financed by sustainable investors. In particular, two different perspectives related to finance will be developed within the course:
The Optimal Financial Structure: one of the key elements of Corporate Finance, and is aimed at identifying the optimal financial structure of the company, or how much a company should borrow and which debt ratio maximizes its value.
