After earning a degree in Communication Sciences, Erika began a career as a freelance journalist writing for the culture section of various national newspapers and magazines. In 2021 she began her career in education, managing the delivery of courses for professionals and managers, both in organizational and marketing, and communication areas.

In 2022 she joins the Bologna Business School team as Program Manager in the Executive Masters area.
