Stefano Alpi is a Manager of the Iconsulting Advisory Practice as well as being Client Manager for some important Italian customers. For over 13 years he has been providing consultancy on Data Strategy, Data Platform, Performance Management and Data Digital Transformation projects in clients from various industries, from Fashion to Financial Services through Energy and Media. Research on the most recent methodologies and emerging technologies is one of his main investment guidelines, which is why one of Stefano’s main targets is to bring these innovations into Iconsulting projects and support customers in the crucial stages of defining strategies, supporting corporate CXOs in processes such as Data Strategy, Cloud Roadmap, Data Governance and all application developments aimed at achieving the various set objectives. Stefano contributes as a speaker in many events, workshops and seminars and has been actively collaborating with Bologna Business School for many years, bringing his experience and innovation themes to Masters and Open programs. Stefano has a economic background with a BBS master’s degree (in 2006) in Administration, Finance and Control. Since then he has always worked within the world of data and technologies, expanding his cultural background and opening up to a mindset that is always in balance between IT and Business.
